Tamer completed his undergraduate studies in Electronic Engineering in Egypt, and his post graduate diploma in educational leadership from Notting Hill College, UK. He is currently undertaking his MBA from Edinburgh Business School, Herriot-Watt University, UK.
Tamer holds several Certifications in training & instructional delivery from Florida International University, in personal success guidance and the entire Psychometric Suite from True Colors International of California, and in Human Resource Management from Florida International University. He holds 2 designations in Supervisory and Organizational Management from Florida State University.
Tamer is a PMP certified and a certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner; using the Prosci methodology, the ADKAR Model, and the Prosci’s best-practices approach and tools in change management to assist organizations charting their pathway to transformation.
Tamer is certified as personal profile analysis Practitioner from Thomas International, and certified Cultural Ambassador from Hofstede MENA, helping organizations build and leverage and enable their culture and strategy as a competitive advantage.

Tamer has worked as a SW Engineer for several Multi-national technology organizations in Egypt with a proven 16-year experience. In that context, he has led key projects from idea-to-launch, including the coaching and guidance of multi-function professionals’ teams.
