On-Site Visit

1 Day to describe the findings and recommendations.

Organizations that are committed to improving their leadership/management systems based on the globally recognized Sterling International/Baldrige Framework.

Assessment Context

Onsite visit includes interviewing employees at all levels of the organization, and reviewing additional documents and results.

Application

20-page application including answers to all organizational profile and categories 1 -7 questions.

Feedback Report

Receive a feedback report at the Category level with strengths, opportunities for improvement, and an Executive Summary with recommendations for key, cross-cutting improvements.

On-Site Visit

  • 7-day visit includes meetings with employees at all levels.
  • Sterling International Team Involvement Level
  • Team of 5 dedicated ambassadors.

5 pages organizational profile and a 50 pages application responding thoroughly to all questions of the Sterling International Criteria.

Feedback Report

Feedback report at the Criteria item level which identifies strengths, opportunities, and cross-cutting themes.

On-Site Visit

  • 7-day visit includes meetings with leaders and employees.

Sterling International Award recipients’ organizations looking for retaining the role model status and ensuring long term success and sustainability in a competitive environment.

Assessment Context

Formal external assessment consists of off-site and onsite assessment of how the organization have strengthened, improved, and innovated winning systems to ensure long term success and sustainability in a competitive environment.

Application

Updated organization profile and a 20-page application describing the improvements.

Feedback Report

Expanded Executive Summary level feedback report with cross-cutting themes for the organization to focus on.

On-Site Visit

  • 3-day visit includes meetings with senior leaders.
