NORMA KRECH - USA

Norma held many managerial positions as business performance consultant, process improvement director and performance excellence business partner. She has nearly 30 years of conducting performance excellence evaluations in organizations.

She is an executive member at Florida Sterling Council board of directors, Malcolm Baldrige and Sterling International. She established the award
criteria for the western part of the United States. She has certified 100’s world-wide from Asia, Europe, Middle East and USA on the performance
excellence criteria model.

DR. DANIEL VICKER - USA

Dr. Dan Vicker is a consultant, executive coach, a subject matter expert in organizational development and culture, and an organizational facilitator for several national and international organizations.
He is a member of the Florida Sterling Council Board of Examiners, the American Society of Training & Development, the American Academy of Certified Public Managers. and he has been a Keynote Speaker in Florida Sterling Conference as well as multiple national and global conferences.
He has published several journals in international conferences, focused on strategic approaches to OD interventions, covering an array of practical tools that have been widely used by some of the top 50 fortune organizations.

DR. ALAA EL-HALWAGY - USA

Dr. Alaa is a board member of Malcom Baldrige Alliance & SterlingCouncil. He is as an organizational systems strategist, consultant, executive coach, and organizational development professional. He served in engineering leadership area for over 25 years and had been a strategist with over 18 years of proven experience in nearly 14 countries across 4 continents. His work covered various domains of organizational effectiveness, performance excellence, operational enhancement, reorganization, gap analysis and synthesis, and corporate performance improvement systems design and deployment. Using a systemic approach, Dr. Alaa has assisted several organizations in accurately evaluating their current state, designing the future state, and reorganizing for effective deployment of sustainable high-performance standards.
