Paul is President of Core Values Partners where he is an international speaker, trainer, and leadership coach who help his clients focus, align, and accelerate their improvement efforts through effective deployment of the Baldrige, EFQM, and other Criteria for performance excellence. He has helped organizations in many industries use these excellence models to improve their performance including manufacturing, service, health care, education, and small businesses.  He is the Chief Commercial Office for Sterling International.

Paul started his career in sales and marketing with a large petroleum refining company.  Over his career he discovered a passion for performance excellence and performance improvement.  That’s where his career focus has been since 1997.

He is a Master Examiner on the Baldrige Award Board of Examiners.  He is a Judge for several state quality award programs and for the American Health Care Association Quality Award.  He is an Assessor for the European Quality Award and is the Foreign Evaluation Expert for the China Quality Award.

Paul Grizzell is a co-author with Mark Blazey of Insights to Performance Excellence, Using the Baldrige Framework and Other Integrated Management Systems, published by the American Society for Quality.

Paul lives in Woodbury, Minnesota, in the United States.  He is currently driving his family crazy by trying to implement a self-administered “Performance Excellence in the Home” initiative.  Despite this, he has been married to Janice for 38 years.
