Norma Krech is a Business Performance Consultant for R Ledbetter and Associates, conducting research and providing best-in-class facilities management processes to its clients.

Norma is on the Executive Committee of the Sterling Council’s Board of Directors as the Board Secretary and Chair of the Governance Committee where she facilitates the Sterling Council’s annual Strategic Planning process, drives policy approval through the Board of Directors, and facilitates the Board Committee structure in achievement of the Council’s strategic objectives.

She also serves on the Sterling Examination Committee, chairs the Training Sub-Committee of the Sterling Examination Committee, and provides myriad services to the Sterling Council throughout the year such as development of the Sterling Resource Guide.

Norma is also an Executive Member of the Sterling International Board of Directors, as the Chief Advisory Officer; and provides a critical role in the Sterling International and Sterling Council partnership to ensure the spirit of the partnership is maintained.

She facilitates the Sterling International Board of Ambassadors assessment training, coaches Assessment Teams, and is the final editor for all feedback reports.  Norma played a key role in development of theSterling International Navigator assessment tool.

Throughout her career, Norma has experience in utilities, communications, insurance, financial/investment, and high-tech industries; and has consulted healthcare, education, and non-profit organizations.  She participated in the establishment of Rocky Mountain Performance Excellence, the performance excellence organization in Colorado; and held positions of Examination Committee Lead, Secretary, Vice President, and President of the organization.

She is a Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified CMMI Appraiser, Certified ISO 9001, 14001, and 17025 Internal Auditor, a Sterling Council Master Examiner, and a Sterling International Coach.  She has lead or participated on Sterling Council, Rocky Mountain Performance Excellence, Army Community of Excellence, and Baldrige assessment teams.
