Hana Ibsais is an HR and planning executive with over 20 years of experience in 11 countries serving as organizational and planning coach to many prominent organizations in the Levant area, Canada and GCC area. Hana is currently holding a Team Talent Culture Director position at Sierra Supply Chain Services in Toronto Canada as well as managing director at Lavender HR Advisory.

Hana is a Sterling International Coach and a Board Member in Sterling International serving as an organizational excellence facilitator in several organizations in the Levant Area, GCC and North America. Her experience covers organizational design, strategic planning, performance excellence, and Team Transformation and performance improvement systems.

Hana holds a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from Iowa State University and master’s degree in Business Administration from Drake University U.S.A. In addition, she holds several international certifications: SHRM SCP, PHR, CHRP, World at Work and TOT. In addition to an organizational coach, Hana is a SHRM CP & SCP trainer at Morgan international with over 10 years of experience in training and coaching.
