Maha serves as a consultant, Executive coach, a subject matter professional in organizational development and culture. 

Maha holds a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering, shifting her career to HR, where she received her HR Diploma from the American University in Cairo, her Master’s in Learning and development from Euro-Arab Management School, Spain, and her Doctorate in Human Resources Development from Nixon University, USA.

Maha is a strategic HR-Icon with over 25 years of proven experience in multi-national and large organizations, including key players in USA Fortune 50 companies, with a remarkable achievement in OD, L&D and C&B, and employees’ communication and engagement.

She is one of the main Facilitators in the public sector transformation Initiative for the transformation program, “from Personnel to Best in Class HR,” deployed in all disciplines of the public sector.  

Maha is an International Awards-Winner, including, to name a few, the Service Award (Best HR Team), the Gulf Business Excellence Award (Best Employee Engagement), the International Business Excellence Award (Best Employer), and the Stevie Award (Best Company of the Year – London). She has also received the Premier Services & Recruitment (Best Recruitment Company in MENA) from the Next 100 Global Award.

Throughout her experience, Maha has worked with teams and organizations in various industries, including express delivery, technology, construction, and manufacturing. 

She is known as and recognized for her adherence to high business standards and ethical work practices. Maha has spoken at national and international conferences.
