Alaa serves as a consultant, executive coach, a subject matter professional in organizational culture and development, and a facilitator for several national and international organizations. He is the founder and CEO of Innovative Group, headquartered in Pompano Beach, Florida and the Chairman of the Board of Sterling International, headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Alaa holds a B.SC. in Engineering, an MBA, a DBA, and several designations, licenses, and certifications from noted universities in the USA. This includes organizational management, change Practitioner, human resource leadership, instructional design and delivery, project management, public management, and organizational development.

Alaa started in engineering for nearly 24 years and has been an organizational strategist with over 22 years of proven consultative experience in 16 countries across four contents.

His work covered various domains of organizational effectiveness, performance excellence, operational enhancement, reorganization, gap analysis and synthesis, and performance improvement systems and redesign.

Throughout his consulting experience, Alaa has worked with organizations in multiple disciplines and of varying sizes, including key players in USA Fortune 50 companies. The industries included government, express delivery, telecom, education, technology, oil & gas, transportation, construction, and shipping.

Over the course of his career, Alaa has established organizational governance, and leadership systems and lead teams around all functions, using process innovation and business excellence models, resulting in enhancing operational efficiency.

Using a systemic approach, Alaa has assisted several organizations in accurately evaluating their current state, designing the future state, and reorganizing for effective deployment of sustainable high-performance standards.
